Someone once offered the opinion that “there is more to life than having fun.” While I agree that having fun should not be one’s sole aim or objective, for myself, with all the issues facing the world today, I value having fun and seek it in all I do. It makes me happy, and there really isn’t any good reason to put off being happy. Yes, I know there are times and events in everyone’s lives that are stressful and sources of angst, but I don’t believe that working with your attorney should have to be that way. A main reason I practice law is because I have fun doing so, I see my clients as friends, and I try to help my clients have some fun along our journey as we work together on their transaction, legal issue or lawsuit, seeking to bridge the gap between where they are, and where they want to be.
